Why a compaq? For that cash he could get a Motion, or spring a few bucks more and get a Fujitsu/Nec. Or better yet, if note writing is all, get a FIC Slatevision and save $500! I hope he manages the pizza shop better than his IT budget!

P.S. Spencer, I like your tagline on the signature. How manypeople do you think get it? Maybe 11 or 101?

I think he probably wants a Compaq for the same reason I and many others wanted and now have it. The design. That is about all I have to say. Not one other Tablet PC OEM had the thought to build a design with a detachable keyboard, and that was my primary reason for going with the Compaq.

As for my tagline... there are some pretty tech savvy people here. I'm sure at least 1010 people understand it. :-)
