I heard the ST5022 screen is not comparable to the Motion 1400 View Anywhere because it does not have the 180 degree view in both the horizontal and vertical dimensions. Is that true? Thanks.

that would be quite impressive, looking square on the side and seeing the screen.
I just got the ST5022 and I can reasonably see the screen from all angles, the "180 degree viewing" is really an ad gimick. I don't know about the Motion 1400 but I think this screen is really great. You have to get the "indoor/outdoor", and I don't know how the others perform. I saw you are going to get the 5022D, I think that does not come stock with an option that the 5022 has, I think it is the internal radio that can talk to other computers and bluetooth components, so far a great addition that came stock with the 5022

Just got the ST5022 and it looks great from any angle I need to see it from. My wife has no prolbems looking over at about 160-180 deg angle to see what I am doing. Is this a good thing?
