i purchased a defective cross pen from them and they refuse to respond to emails or send my new, non defective pen even though they had my return weeks ago. apparently they are going the india route for customer service. i will never do business with these creeps again and recommend other do not.

I thought your Cross Pen wasn't actually defective. I thought it was "OK", but you sent it back because you didn't know there were configuration settings required to make it work properly. I realize this wasn't your fault since somebody who was trying to help you may have given you some bad advice.
It may not have been defective. I dont know. But a Wacom "software engineer" told me it was defective. Just bad advice if nothing is wrong with the pen. Buy.com is refusing to respond to multiple emails. It has been weeks. I just wanted to give others heads up so they dont get the same kind of poor treatment. I will never shop with these losers again. Thanks
